So, you've invested the time and energy to build some amazing process maps - bringing together subject matter experts to document “how you do what you do” in a meaningful way. Now that you've captured what's happening today, there are new questions to answer. 

• How do you know you've got it right? 
• How do you tease out some (extra) important details?
• Most importantly, how do you pivot toward an improved future state?

This interactive session focused on these questions and using process maps to create value for your organization. With the help of a handout to guide reflection and capture thoughts, participants used their own process mapping frame of reference to dive into questions and share answers and ideas with other session attendees.
