This blinded case study focuses on a transformation initiative at a large automotive organization. The effort aims to move the organization toward greater “business agility.” Drawing from an interview with the organization’s Agile coach, the case study describes the major pillars and initiatives of the transformation, the teams behind them, and the key lessons and results from the organization’s transformation efforts.
