Promote an Enterprise-Wide Continuous Improvement Culture by Creating Business Values

For a large global organization like BAE Systems, it is not always easy to unite pockets of excellence to become one company who shares the same way of working. In 2023, BAE embarked on a journey to promote an enterprise-wide continuous improvement (CI) culture. The ultimate vision is for individuals in our global organization to embrace a CI way of working as part of our “corporate DNA.” In less than 12 months, the global community of practice was born to share best practices and collaborate on priority goals and objectives.
