AI in Action: Transforming Process Analysis and Improvement

In this webinar, real-world applications of AI in business process analysis and improvement within a pharmaceutical environment are explored. Topics include process and task mining, process mapping, and document generation, and benefits and challenges associated with these use cases.

Dr. Thielmann is a Physical Chemist/ Material Scientist with a PhD from the University of Duesseldorf, Germany. He has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including positions as Formulation Lab Head, pharmaceutical development group manager, and Global Leader for PMO & Operational Excellence. Currently he is Head of the “Business Processes of the Future” Transformation Program at Takeda Manufacturing & Supply, responsible for implementing process improvements across a wide portfolio with a focus on digitalization & automation.
