Inspiring Progress: The Pursuit of Excellence through Continuous Improvement

Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) is the largest state agency in Texas. HHS delivers hundreds of services and supports millions of Texans through the efforts of more than 38,000 employees across the state. In this session, the presenters walked attendees through HHS’ continuous improvement journey to help them understand how the critical roles of strategic partnerships, change management, process improvement training and mentorship, and automation and innovation helped transform HHS into a more agile and efficient organization.
