Portable metrology provider Advanced Industrial Machine Solutions needed a more robust approach to document management. Thus, the company leveraged APQC’s Process Classification Framework (PCF)® to develop a cloud-based, low-cost document management solution. As part of APQC’s 2020 PPM Online Summit, Michael Scarchilli, partner at Advanced Industrial Machine Solutions, explained how his organization created this solution and uses it to record, file, and access company documents.
