How BAE Systems Nurtured A Continuous Improvement Culture

In 2023, BAE Systems embarked on a journey to promote an enterprise-wide continuous improvement (CI) culture. 

At APQC’s 2024 process and knowledge management conference, Felicity Fashade, head of continuous improvement at BAE Systems, and Chris Keahey, senior quality engineer, provided an overview of ongoing efforts to transform the culture and encourage employees across the British multinational aerospace company to embrace CI best practices.
