In March 2022, APQC hosted a roundtable discussion facilitated by Lauren Trees (Principal Research Lead, Knowledge Management at APQC) on the intersections between KM and DEI. Participants shared insights, challenges, and opportunities related to:

cross-functional partnerships for DEI work;
embedding and promoting DEI in a remote or hybrid environment;
creating spaces of psychological safety that enable knowledge sharing;
experiments and innovations that help embed DEI in KM; and
engaging the business for participation in KM-DEI initiatives.
