How HR Can Contribute to DEI Inside the Organization

To learn more about DEI leaders’ motivations, practices, and outcomes related to workforce DEI, APQC launched its Workforce Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion survey in the Spring of 2022. As part of its research, APQC identified six ways that best-in-class DEI organizations stand above their peers and competitors. In this article, APQC provides a brief overview of each capability and guidance for how the HR function can do its part to drive DEI in each.
