In the May 2023 webinar The Art of Managing Processes Within Management Systems, APQC’s Madison Lundquist (Principal Research Lead, Process & Performance Management) sat down with Colin Christmas (Managing Director, EAGLE Certification Group) to discuss why organizations should integrate process management into their management systems. According to Christmas, taking a “process approach” to management means organizing and managing the activities of an organization in a way that focuses on end-to-end processes rather than departmental or functional boundaries.
