Each year, APQC surveys process and performance management (PPM) professionals to understand their common challenges and priorities for the year. In advance of the 2024 survey, APQC hosted a roundtable discussion facilitated by Madison Lundquist (Principal Research Lead, Process and Performance Management) and Kelli South (Research Manager). As participants reflected on 2023, they also shared strategies for driving buy in for process work and highlighted the skills and focus areas that will be important for them in 2024.
