Taking a Process Approach to Management

A traditional management approach involves managing departments or functional units divided by responsibility. According to Colin Christmas (Managing Director, EAGLE Certification Group), taking a “process approach” to management means organizing and managing the activities of an organization in a way that focuses on end-to-end processes rather than departmental or functional boundaries.
