Overcoming Common Framework Adoption Challenges

Using data from APQC's recent Best Practices in Process Frameworks survey, this article focuses on the top two framework adoption challenges—buy-in and engagement, and alignment and purpose. Addressing both of these challenges in depth, this article lays out the pitfalls associated with each challenge and draws from APQC’s best-practices research to illustrate some available solutions.
