Key Measures for Expertise Location

This document lists measures commonly used to evaluate expertise location processes and systems (i.e., tools and approaches that help employees find and reach out to knowledgeable colleagues and subject matter experts). The list includes both activity measures, which track participation and engagement, and efficiency/effectiveness measures, which gauge how well the expertise location system is meeting its business objectives.
