According to APQC research, AI and process automation are the top two competencies for process professionals to develop in the next eighteen months. In February 2024, Madison Lundquist (Principal Research Lead, Process and Performance Management, APQC) facilitated a roundtable conversation exploring how organizations view the role of digital technology and AI in process and performance management.
