KM Essentials: Developing a Knowledge Management Implementation Roadmap

This “KM Essentials” collection offers guidance and templates for developing an implementation roadmap to operationalize your KM strategy (developed through APQC’s KM strategic planning process).

The collection begins with an overview webinar and the roadmap template, which helps you translate KM strategic plans into specific actions cross 12 capability areas (strategy, resources, governance and leadership, knowledge flow process, KM approaches and tools, change management, communication, measurement, content management, and IT). The collection also includes more detailed planning templates for select capability areas, including governance, resources, and communication. APQC supplies guidance and templates for all 12 KM capability areas through its Advisory Services.
