APQC’s Knowledge Management Implementation Roadmap helps organizations create a tactical plan for implementing a KM strategy. It allows KM leaders to translate their strategic plans into specific actions the KM team must take across 12 KM capability areas (strategy, resources, governance and leadership, knowledge flow process, KM approaches and tools, change management, communication, measurement, content management, and IT). The roadmap divides the necessary actions into near, mid- and long term to further clarify the path forward.
