APQC’s Knowledge Management (KM) Communication Plan Template encourages users to think through how to build awareness, commitment, engagement, and adoption for a given KM objective, such as engaging employees in communities of practice. It defines the messages, channels, senders, resources, and necessary materials to execute each component of the plan. It also lays out the timeline for and status of planned communications.
