This is an example of the knowledge management (KM) success story submission template used by Aspen Technology. At the conclusion of each KM project, Aspen’s KM office asks the individual who requested the project to fill out this template. The data helps the KM office evaluate the success of its projects and track any process changes or lessons learned that should be incorporated into future endeavors.
