Course Description
The Managing Change course provides a comprehensive overview of the dynamics of change. This course explores assessing readiness for change, crafting change strategies, implementing change, and sustaining momentum. At the end of the course, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to support organizational change efforts, engage leaders, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
