Tackling the Measure Selection Process

Holly Lyke-Ho-Gland, Principal Research Lead, Process and Performance Management at APQC, facilitated a roundtable discussion on the measure selection process. The roundtable not only provided an opportunity for participants to share their most significant challenges, but also practices that make the measure selection process smoother, easier, and more effective.
