Operational KPI Benchmarking: Survey Summary
In August of 2018, APQC conducted a survey on operational KPIs to collate data on how organizations are faring in terms of KPI management. APQC focused on multiple industries and took a close look at how organizations report KPIs, the methods they use to determine them, their impact on decision making, and finally, the role of automation in the reporting process. This report includes analysis and comparisons of organizations in the manufacturing and services industries.
