According to APQC's research, 97% of organizations prioritize process management at their organization. Organizations are busy implementing long-term changes to future-proof their businesses.

APQC conducted a survey to understand process management program practices, strategies, and resources. The survey used APQC’s Seven Tenets of Process ManagementSM as a structure for assessing key areas such as governance, strategy, change, improvement, measurement, tools, and models.

This report provides a summary of the survey findings and insights for organizations to benchmark their programs in these key areas by comparing results from the 2020 and 2024 surveys.
