Geidea, a fintech company that provides payment and business management solutions for merchants, was struggling with its legacy quality management system after a period of rapid growth. While the organization had over 500 documents related to compliance, the lack of an effective framework for managing them was leading to process inefficiencies, long cycle times, and more.
