Developing HR Talent Survey Snapshot: $1-10 Billion Revenue

This report explores responses to APQC’s Open Standards Benchmarking® assessment in talent development.

In 2024, HR leaders with responsibility for talent development answered questions about their organization’s development practices. A subset of questions focused on the practices used to develop HR talent. These questions explored:

• the level of investment in developing HR talent,
• the most important skills for the HR function today, and
• the development of data analysis and digital worker expertise in HR

This report summarizes and provides insights on responses to questions about HR talent development from organizations with US$1 - 10 billion revenue. Organizations can use this information to benchmark and identify areas for improvement.
