Process management works best when the tools and mindset needed to enable it are embedded across the enterprise. As part of APQC’s 2020 PPM Online Summit, Christa Bol, director of program, project, and process support, and Matt Bouton, operations and process director, shared how UPS engaged the entire organization in process management and continuous improvement. UPS streamlined its process methodology, introduced new modeling tools, and simplified process language to make process work more accessible for employees.
