Current State of AI in Talent Development

Many organizations spend one-third or more of their learning and development (L&D) budgets on technology. When used well, L&D technology has the potential to free time for learning professionals to focus on strategic initiatives and partnerships, improve L&D resource allocation, provide more customized and personalized learning experiences, and improve measurement of L&D results.
APQC surveyed respondents who are at least piloting AI in the HR function in order to understand AI’s impact on the HR function and core HR processes. Research revealed an eye-opening current state of AI in talent development processes. This infographic reviews the research findings.
