In June 2024, APQC conducted a rapid poll survey to examine how change management plays a vital role in knowledge management (KM). Year after year, change management continues to be the top skill set for KM practitioners to develop. This report summarizes the research findings for Mid-size Organizations (Between 1,000 and 49,999), providing insights and evaluating current change practices and skills used by organizations to achieve sustained success and adapt to rapid changes effectively.
