APQC hosted a roundtable conversation facilitated by Holly Lyke-Ho-Gland (Principal Research Lead, Process and Performance Management at APQC) and Lauren Trees (Principal Research Lead, Knowledge Management at APQC) that focused on practical approaches to change management.
