One large petroleum enterprise is aligning its processes according to APQC's Process Classification Framework (PCF). This case study decribes how it came to the decision to align by process, why it chose APQC's PCF, the challenges it has faced gaining buy-in from certain business units, and how it has customized the framework to meet its needs.

This case study includes examples of the process customizations that have been made along with example measures used to track progress in IT specifically.
