Course Description
This course will focus on the critical elements of communities of practice (CoP) design and tips and techniques to help you plan your organization’s CoP strategy. Participants will engage in conversations and activities that address CoP strategy and structure, alignment with stakeholder needs, CoP roles, support, and engagement, and key activities for designing and sustaining CoPs.
