What’s Changed In Change Management?

Change management is a discipline heavily impacted by large-scale disruption, none more seismic than the global pandemic that began in 2020. From pre-pandemic to post-pandemic, APQC finds that in 2025 the change management discipline seems to be settling back into pre-pandemic practices, with some major exceptions. This article examines what has changed and what has remained the same over the years in change management.
