In the first half of 2023, APQC and ScottMadden completed the eighth cycle of their HR Shared Services Benchmarking study. This table highlights key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR shared services organizations collected from this cycle, primarily in the US and Canada. KPIs included related to HRSSO:
