Value of Benchmarking and Process Mining: Tetra Pak Snapshot

Tetra Pak is a multinational food packaging and processing company headquartered in Pully, Switzerland. Working closely with customers around the globe, the organization provides a broad range of innovative products, technologies, and services to make food safe and readily available while also minimizing environmental harm. Tetra Pak has over 25,000 employees and reported €11.1 billion (EUR) in sales for 2021. Tetra Pak is part of the Tetra Laval Group, which also includes DeLaval and Sidel.  

APQC interviewed Jeffrey DeWolf, Director of Global Process Performance Methods and Tools at Tetra Pak, to understand the current state and future needs of the organization’s benchmarking and process mining efforts.
