Corporacion Multi Inversiones (CMI) is an agro-industrial corporation with two broad business areas: foods and capital. CMI is a family-owned multilatina company that has been constantly increasing investment, generating job opportunities, and promoting economic development across Central America since 1920. CMI operates in 15 countries and has 45,000 employees.

APQC interviewed Diego Alvarado, Head of the Process Management and Continuous Improvement Center of Excellence at CMI, to understand the current state of the organization’s benchmarking and process mining efforts.
