Novartis has recently been engaged in a large-scale effort to transform end-to-end processes across organizational barriers in order to improve the customer experience. APQC recently spoke with Asfahan Ahmed, Global O2C transformation Head and Project Management Office (PMO), to learn more about Novartis' O2C transformation journey to-date. Ahmed is a member of the O2C GSO team and is responsible for leading this transformation for O2C.
