Training for the Future of Finance at Divergence Academy: Part 1
In August of 2019, APQC spoke with key staff at Divergence Academy to gather their insights as part of the Finance Data Analytics: Building High-Performance Structure, Tools, and Teams research project. Established in 2014, Divergence Academy is the first data science-focused career college in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and offers courses on data science, cybersecurity, and cloud computing. In this interview, Sravan Ankaraju, founder and president of Divergence Academy, talks about the impetus for starting the academy, the changing technological landscape of finance, and how analytics are prompting new ways of thinking about revenue and delivery.
