WorkSafeNB, based in New Brunswick, Canada, provides no-fault accident and disability insurance for New Brunswick employers and their workers under the Workers’ Compensation Act. They are also charged with promoting the prevention of workplace injuries and disease, as well as enforcing the Occupational Health and Safety Act in New Brunswick.

APQC’s Principal Research Lead Madison Lundquist met with members of WorkSafeNB’s Corporate Planning and Operational Performance department, including Director Donna Miller-Wallace, Planning Business Partner Norah Denis, and Performance Specialist Chris Fulton, to discuss recent changes to company performance measures and an improved process for setting KPIs.
