Risk in Millennial Supply Chain Talent
From an August 2017 joint study with APICS, APQC, and SCMR, tenure and job progression reveal a risk in the supply chain talent pipeline: Many millennial supply chain workers are in need of career progression. Development and career path are important to this generation but they don’t know how to navigate. Employers need to ensure they are prepared to provide this because losing this talent to competitors is an expensive risk.
