Reflect, Connect and Envision: Conference Insights and Future Topics of Research

A recent webinar with APQC's Hubert, Braksiek, and Lundquist presented insights from the 2023 conference and discussed future research topics. The session focused on the interdependent knowledge and process management disciplines, including the key priorities and critical skills required for each. Guest speakers were invited to share their perspectives and enrich the discussion. Tammy Viles, the KM Program Manager at TechnipFMC, presented at the 2023 conference, along with TJ Hsu, the Director of Enterprise Knowledge Management at Astellas Pharma, who attended the event, and provided their key takeaways and lessons learned.
