To increase the likelihood of success when implementing automation or other technologies, organizations should look to their process and performance management (PPM) teams.

Through our Digital and its Role in Process survey, we found that PPM’s level of involvement in digital strategy and the contributions that PPM teams make are often foundational to the success of implementing new technology. After reviewing key data from our survey, this article focuses on how process management teams help organizations drive successful automation efforts and the types of contributions they are best positioned to make.
