People of KM: The Future of KM Roles Survey Report: Europe Region
In early 2025, APQC surveyed KM professionals to assess the role of leaders and practitioners working in the discipline of knowledge management. This report presents the findings for respondents in the Europe region and includes their demographics, education, experience and skillsets now and what is expected in the future.
In addition, this research includes a focus on the role of subject matter experts within organizations as the impetus for effective knowledge transfer and the successful implementation and adoption of KM approaches overall.
