You have decided to outsource some aspect(s) of learning and development (L&D) and are ready to begin the vendor selection process. Use this template to gather information to help you make the right selection for your organization and its L&D needs. The template provides a range of vendor characteristics and examples of questions you might ask to evaluate them. Modify these to meet the needs of your organization.
