Invest in Onboarding for Better Engagement and Retention

In this article, we consider findings from our Identifying Gaps in the Employee Experience survey and compare the survey responses of employees who were satisfied with their onboarding experience to the responses of employees who were dissatisfied.

 Their differing responses reveal gaps in the employee value proposition and employee experience for employees who were not onboarded effectively, which puts them at higher risk for turnover. After discussing how these employees differ from their peers, we provide guidance for how you can create an onboarding experience that is engaging for all employees.
