How Process Programs Stack Up: Survey Summary Report

APQC conducted a survey to understand business process management programs’ practices, strategies, and resources. The survey used APQC’s Seven Tenets of Process ManagementSM as a structure for assessing key areas such as governance, strategy, change, improvement, measurement, tools, and models.
