Teach for America (TFA) is a nonprofit organization that works in partnership with 50 urban and rural communities across the United States to expand educational opportunity for children. APQC spoke with Shannon Steffes, Senior Managing Director of Org-wide Knowledge Management, and Stevie Carnation, Managing Director of Org-wide Knowledge Management, about the organization’s knowledge management (KM) approach and how it achieved Level 3 maturity at the enterprise level on APQC’s KM Capability Assessment.
