Employees Demand Flexibility in When, Where, and How Work Gets Done

People spend a lot of time at the office. And then they take work home with them. This may not be the most productive approach—or the best measure of an employee’s value. APQC recently surveyed workers globally to understand employee perceptions. The research identified specific ways in which organizations potentially can boost productivity by involving employees in decisions regarding when, where, and how work happens.
