Cherwell Software needed a program to streamline manual and sometimes duplicative processes in place to convert a prospect to a customer. This overview describes Cherwell’s initiative to standardize and automate the steps to convert a prospect to a customer. It outlines the business process team’s efforts to build a shared understanding of process across the organization, develop a strategic framework to guide project work, and drive adoption of optimized processes.
