In the first half of 2023, APQC launched a research study to understand how organizations are approaching learning and development (L&D) today. L&D leaders from across the globe were surveyed about L&D staffing and spending, methods and programs, measurement practices, and learning outcomes.

This report summarizes and provides comparative insights on the survey findings from respondents who have fully implemented a learning experience platform (LXP) against all other respondents. Organizations can use this information to benchmark and identify areas for improvement.
