Creating Communication Plans for Knowledge Management
In the context of KM, APQC defines communication as: conveying values, context, and purpose; explaining strategy and intent (especially to leaders); or getting information to the right people at the right time. This article focuses on an explanation of and examples for the capability statements in APQC's KM Capability Assessment Tool (CAT) for communication, ranging from levels 1 to 5 on APQC’s Levels of Knowledge Management Maturity.
